Found a pregnant cat what should I do?

I live in a small apartment and I am only allowed one small pet. I already have a cat but I found a pregnant cat outside and I don't know what to do. She has been outside for over a week and comes up to my doorstep wanting food and attention. What should I do? I can't take her in.
