How do I defrost frozen boneless skinless chicken ?

Can ya tell I've never cooked before?! :) Anyway, it is a package of 3 boneless chicken s and it says the package weighs 1.69 pounds. Microwave? I just took them out of the freezer and would like to eat in about an hour...Hope that's possible...Thanks!!
