HELP! I got hacked by the Charlie Sheen Facebook scam!?

I stupidly clicked on a "Charlie Sheen is dead" on a friend's page and now my account is hacked. I've tried changing not only my FB pword, but also my two e-mail pwords. Apparently the person still has access. On FB's security check, the only access it said my account had today was me, so somehow this person is invisible. And I've run a couple of scans on my computer and nothing turned up. PLEASE PLEASE help me! My friends are getting dirty spam messages from me through chat and messages and who knows what else.
