Tiny bit of blood in my 2 month olds nose?

i have a doctors appointment tomorrow for my baby but is there anything i can do in the mean time? for 2 days me, my husband, and baby have had bad drainage and mild coughing. it started after it rained so i think it might be the mold in the air. i don't think there is much you can do for a baby with a cold or allergies..but i have been using the nasal aspirator(a.k.a. bugger sucker) and feeding and letting her get lots of rest. is there anything else i can do? the tiny bit of blood scared the crud out of me...
