Best Sound Card for under $50?

My Realtek Onboard audio is starting to crackle and pop, and I'm looking for a replacement sound card. I have lots of music in my library and I own a pair of Audioengine A2's. My speakers and my ears deserve more, but I have a budget for about $50-$65. Does anyone have any recommendations?
