Can I sue my doctor for emotional distress?

I went into the doctor for severe abdominal pain and possible internal hemorrhoid. She had me strip from the waist down, did not leave the room and did not pull the privacy curtain. than she had me get on the table and put my feet in stirrups. She did not give me a sheet to cover my legs with and still did not pull the curtain. anyone could have walked in and seen everything. she also proceeded to do an exam and did not use very much lubricant and was very forceful and rough. keep in mind i was already in a lot of pain down there. after all that she had me get dressed, still did not leave the room or pull the curtain and when i asked her what she thought was wrong she said "i don't know" and i asked her for something for the pain and she just said have a nice day and walked out. can i sue for emotional distress? i feel violated and very embarred from all this
