Do u think its weird?

i met this guy at the skating rink. at first i didn't like him then we starting playing a game. we playing cutting off which means we cut each other off. he sped up to me to slow down next to me. then when i sat down he stared at me. when i got a drink of water he started at my but. at the end my friend asked if he wanted my number and he said no. is that weird. answer plz
