How can I get my dog to maintain eye contact with me?

as soon as she takes the focus off you and looks at other dogs, walk her in a circle bring her back to point then reward with a pet and verbal praise the treat is only when she isn't distracted. To many treats an some times do more harm then good so give treats when she actually follows what she's to do. I'm not a trainer but have worked with lots of furkids over my years and that seemed to work. Walking in the circle breaks the bad focus and since dogs live in the moment it'll be back to refocusing on what you'd want rather then what she wants.
