I need a good doctor in bakersfield, ca?

I just moved here from michigan and my doctor wouldn't give me extra medications to help me out until I could find a doctor here. I'm on pain management meds and don't want to waste time or money going to someone who won't refill them, just spent $250 at the e.r. to be told "no narcotics"yet he refilled my adderal (which is a narcotic) and I even brought my old bottles as proof! He was more concerned with why I moved here and who I know out here than giving me a couple days of meds til I can find a doctor. So can anyone suggest a good dr who will refill my current meds with out hle? Thanks!
