If God had a boss, would He get fired for creating Earth as we know it?

Think about it. If I am given a project at work, and I do the project and it fails later, I would be in trouble, especially if I knew beforehand that it would fail. The same with GM or Ford. If one of their cars fails, they get in trouble and possibly have to recall the cars, and if the cars hurt or kill someone, they get sued. I might get written up, and at worst, I could be fired. God had foreknowledge of how Earth and its inhabitants would turn out, and He continued anyway and was allowed to put a flawed Earth that He knew would fail into production. It is obvious that Earth is a failed experiment. From the very beginning, it was doomed. Adam and Eve screwed up, their kids screwed up, ever since the world began it has been plagued with trouble, war, famine, crime, and all manner of problems. Shouldn't God get in trouble for allowing Earth to be rushed into production before all the bugs were worked out? I know all about free will and all, but if God already knew that we would torpedo His creation before He created it, why did he bother? It's all just a p-or-fail test as far as He is concerned. We're born into this world with no choice (so much for free will), we are tasked with either following God or going to Hell (again, not much in the line of choices there), and at the final bell, creation is flushed down the Holy Toilet and there it was, just a game.
