Is he going to break up with me? Guys please!!!?

My bf is sending a lot of mix signals lately. We havent talked that much sense Tuesday and usually we talk like every day. Two days wouldnt bother me but this many days. We texted a little today but it was like hey. hi. sup. nm. He is has work. school. friends. Yet he cant make time to text me or call me and talk for 10 mins. Im afraid he is going to break up with me. does it sound like he is? I sent him a text saying "Ok im just going to come out with it. Are we ok? We havent talked much lately and I know you are busy but i cant help but feel like something is up. If i said something or did something i dont know. Do we need to talk about something?" Was that ok to say? What should I do next? please help me.
