Pick one TE for week 3?

I think they are both good picks this week. Buffalo has a starting linebacker out (K. Ellison) so this should help Watson's production. However, the Giants are missing WR S. Smith and their starting RB B. Jacobs. I think Shockey will have to get more looks than usual because there will be fewer skill players to target. I feel Shockey is the second-best fantasy TE, Watson 9th. Buffalo has a much better p defense than Washington. So go with Shockey.
