Sharp stabbin pains in lower abdomen? 37wks is this contractions?

If you are unsure I would make an appointment. It sounds similar to labour but it could be just built up pressure. Best bet is to call your doctors office tell them what is going on and see if they want you to come in and get checked. Good Luck!
