Czech marrying Zimbabwean in UK?

I am Czech and live in the UK for the past 11 years. My fiance is Zimbabwean and has Indefinite stay in the UK, but still has Zimbabwean pport. We would like to get married here. Whenever we travel to Czech, my fiance has to apply for visa. When we get married. is this gonna change? What will he become. Czech? Will he still need to apply for visa? Thank you
