URGENT - Weight Problems.?
I am a sixteen year old male, five eight to fine nine in height and roughly one hundred and forty pounds. The diet that I use to maintain this weight is a terrible one. I will give you an example of my eating habits. I would say that I eat ice cream two or more times a week and when I do I eat the entire container. I go to McDonalds roughly two times a week and I order two BigMacs, a medium and large order of fries, a ten piece chicken McNuggets and a large vanilla milkshake. I get absolutely no exercise. I do not even leave the house because I often feel sick after eating and frankly am ashamed of my weight. I would like to lose roughly twenty to twenty five pounds. What is the fastest way that I can go about doing this while still eating healthy? A plan with the least amount of exercise is best, not because of me being lazy but because of a lack of time. Also, it should be noted that I basically want to look like a female, but without or a ocks, so the least amount of muscle is best. I am not gay or ed, just a devout follower of fashion. I am not interested in anyone telling me that this is not a healthy weight because I will reach it regardless of your opinion. What I am basically asking is how many calories should I be eating a day and which types of exercises I should be doing.
